Spring Shivers

Spring is a cold time of year to be learning to swim. We can have crystal clear sunny days with glass like water to swim in - but it is still a bit chilly. We can practise in these cool temperatures, but we have to keep moving and take extra care not to stay in the water too long.

I can adapt sessions to work on your specifics and we can spend up to 25min in the water depending on your abilities.

Sessions available on Tuesdays , Thursdays & Weekends

Location TBC tide and weather determined often Hope Cove, North Sands, Thurlestone or Torcross beaches

45 minute session including briefing and debrief up to 25 minutes in the water depending on your level of warmth! We can rearrange if bad weather gets in our way.
